Care starts with a full picture of your health — history, current medications, allergy screening, and goals — and moves through prescriber review, labs when needed, and a documented plan before anything ships.
You start by telling us about your health — medical history, medications, allergies, and prior treatment. When your program calls for it, labs fill in what a form can’t. Then you meet your prescriber by telehealth to go through everything together and agree on next steps, in writing, before treatment begins.
Each step is documented — so if a compounded medication or a controlled prescribing pathway is involved, there’s a clinical reason on file, not just a form you filled out.
Front Line is built for ongoing treatment, not a single consultation. Follow-up visits let your prescriber see how you’re responding and adjust your plan — dose, formulation, or frequency — as your history and results call for it.
Depending on your treatment, that can mean repeat labs, an annual mammogram or PSA check, a medication review, or a straightforward dose change. If something changes for you — vision symptoms, severe abdominal pain, mood changes, or an allergic reaction — you report it immediately, and we act on it.
Completing intake, submitting labs, or having a consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Your prescriber decides what’s appropriate based on your history, screening results, and individual risk — including conditions that rule treatment out entirely.
